射芯机的壁厚Wall thickness of a core ejection machine金属芯盒多采用带有凸缘和加强肋的薄壁箱形结构,在保证强度和使用寿命的前提下,射芯机尽可能减小壁厚和加强肋的厚度,通常中小型芯盒的壁厚为8~10mm,大芯盒的壁厚度取12~14mm。Metal core boxes usually use thin-walled box structure with flange and stiffener.
